Some services are delivered by our own clinicians and others by practitioners or partners working with us. The exact scope, duration, suitability and cost of any service will be explained to you before it begins.

Bookings, Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointment requests sent through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. Your appointment is confirmed once our care team contacts you and agrees a time.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can so the time can be offered to somebody else. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean we ask for a deposit in future, or that we are unable to keep offering you priority slots.

Fees, Payments and Insurance

Fees are explained before treatment or services begin. Where an insurer, employer or other payer is involved, responsibility for confirming cover, authorisations and eligibility rests with you unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Insurance guidance we provide is based on the information available to us at the time and on the policy documents you share. We are not an insurer, we cannot guarantee that a claim will be paid, and final decisions always rest with the insurance provider.

• Treat our team, other patients and our premises with courtesy and respect

We may decline to provide services, or end a care relationship, where behaviour is abusive or unsafe, or where a service is not clinically appropriate.

Emergencies

Our website and online forms are not monitored continuously and must never be used for emergencies. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, serious injury or thoughts of harming yourself — contact your local emergency services immediately or go to your nearest emergency department.
